This policy describes the use of cookies (hereinafter referred to as the 'Policy') by Limited Liability Company 'Deeray' (address (location): 603003, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Nizhny Novgorod, Kultury Street, 6, Apt. 124; INN: 5252043442; KPP: 526301001; OGRN: 1185275039102) (hereinafter referred to as the 'Administrator').
This Policy is published for public demonstration and free access on the Internet page and applies to all software products available to an unlimited number of persons on the Internet at the web address: deeray.com, regardless of the type (kind) of Device - mobile device, personal computer, or other electronic device that allows studying the page on the Internet and/or using the software product in accordance with the Agreement.
It is hereby established that the Administrator has the right to unilaterally make changes to the text and conditions of this Policy without additional notification of persons using the software products available to an unlimited number of persons on the Internet, including, but not limited to: the Administrator's software program 'DEERAY Communication Analytics Platform' and databases being the result of intellectual activity, the rights to use which are provided in accordance with the Public License Agreement for the provision of rights to the computer program 'DEERAY Communication Analytics Platform' and databases under a simple (non-exclusive) license (hereinafter referred to as 'Product').
This Policy defines the procedure and purposes of using cookies in its software products available to an unlimited number of persons on the Internet, including when visiting the Administrator's website and using the Product.
In case You (as a user) do not agree with the conditions of collecting and processing data using cookies in accordance with this Policy, You must prohibit the storage of cookies for the Administrator's website located on the Internet at the web address: deeray.com and not use the Product.
1.1. The Administrator collects data from Product users by placing cookies and web beacons (including pixel tags) on the User's Device when using the Product in the case - exclusively in the case if the user voluntarily agrees to the use of cookies.
Cookies store information about the user's use of the Product and ensure the functionality of the Product, allowing the Administrator to provide the Product in accordance with the Agreement.
1.2. The use of cookies is voluntary on the part of each user - the user has the right in the settings of their Device to block the use of cookies and the operation of local data storage devices, but this block limits the functional capabilities of the Product.

2.3. In order to conduct marketing research on the use of the Product by users - the Administrator may use web beacons (including pixel tags) located in the Product, advertising texts, and emails.
2.4. Depending on the storage duration of cookies on the user's Device, cookies are divided into the following types:
2.4.1. Session cookies:
The Administrator uses session cookies to assign the Device a unique random identification number with each visit and use of the Product. Session cookies are automatically deleted when the User closes the browser on the Device.
Such session cookies serve to maintain the functional capabilities of the Product and to determine the options for using the Product, i.e., to obtain information about the Product pages visited, links used, and the duration of stay on each page.
2.4.2. Persistent cookies:
In case of consent and permission by the Product User - the Administrator uses persistent cookies, which are not deleted after closing the Device's browser but remain on the Device until the end of their validity period after the end of the set period or until the User deletes them manually. When visiting the Product again, the Product may automatically detect the presence of a persistent cookie on the Device.
After assigning the Product to the Device a unique persistent identifier, the Product automatically creates a database with information about the Product settings of the user. The unique identifier helps determine how often the user uses the Product and how effective the Administrator's marketing is.
2.5. As a result of the use of cookies by the Administrator, the following data may be obtained: IP address, Device type, identifiers, Device hardware model, information about the mobile network, the Device's unique identifier generated by the Device MAC / IMEI / MEID, the type of operating system and its version, the browser type, the user's city location, the internet service provider; information about the use of the Product; information obtained as a result of the user's interaction with the Product, including the following: about directed queries, reviews, and questions.
The data specified in this clause of the Policy are not personal data of the user, as they do not allow identification of the user's identity based on the specified data alone.
3.1. The basis for the use of cookies and the processing of data obtained through them is the user's consent to the use of cookies, which the user provides when using the Product.
3.2. By using the Product (which is a conclusive action regarding this Policy), the user gives consent to the use and storage of cookies on the Device in accordance with this Policy.
The User has the right to study the Product without using cookies, but in this case, functional capabilities will be limited due to technical peculiarities and the information architecture of the Product.
3.3. In the event of withdrawal of consent to the use of cookies and/or withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the user has the right at any time to disable the storage of cookies on the Device by selecting the browser's settings option 'do not accept cookies' or similar.
The User also has the right at any time to independently delete cookies stored on the Device. Instructions for independently deleting cookies can be found in the browser or Device user guide.
