Consent for Personal Data Processing

1. I hereby give LLC "Deeray" (OGRN 1185275039102) (hereinafter - the Company) and its representatives my consent for automated and non-automated processing of my personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of the following personal data provided by me personally to the Company, including through the use of the website https://deeray.com:

• 1.1 surname, first name, patronymic;
• 1.2 phone number (home, mobile);
• 1.3 email address;
• 1.4 company name;
• 1.5 source of entry to the website https://deeray.com (hereinafter - the Company's website) and search or advertising query information;
• 1.6 user device data (including resolution, version and other attributes characterizing the user device, IP address);
• 1.7 information about the user's browser (or other program used to access the Internet), technical specifications of hardware and software used by the user;
• 1.8 date and time of access;
• 1.9 data characterizing audience segments;
• 1.10 session parameters;
• 1.11 data about visit time;
• 1.12 user identifier stored in cookies.

2. The Company may process my personal data for a period of 1 year for the following purposes:

• 2.1 communication with me, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the website, processing, coordination of orders and their delivery. Execution of agreements and contracts.
• 2.2 depersonalization of personal data to obtain depersonalized statistical data, which is transferred to third parties for conducting research, performing work or providing services on behalf of the Company.

4. The Company has the right to process my personal data using the following methods: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access).

5. This consent, including for the transfer of personal data to third parties in accordance with clause 4 of this consent, is valid for 1 year and may be withdrawn earlier by written application to E-mail: help@deeray.com
